Awesome customer service. Awesome staff and the staff don't judge you . I've been to a lot of car lots were you feel uncomfortable and you can feel all the eyes looking at you like they can't afford that vehicle and they make you feel like your not welcome. I received wonderful service from Ryan and also Daisy in sorting out the finance. The whole process from start to finish was done with ease. Very professional in their handling of everything but also had that feel good factor you don’t often get with some car dealers. After selecting the X-Trail online, we had to wait for it to arrive from the Auckland Port. Craig McLeod's always kept in touch as to it's arrival. After it arrived, we went to Hamilton to view. It was presented extremely clean and tidy. Would recommend Craig McLeod's to anyone wanting a import car.

As this was the 1st time I have used a car dealership I wasn’t sure what to expect. All the people involved were very helpful, they had a friendly approach to us and our children.
